4.Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Maine applicable to agreements made and to be performed in the State of Maine. You further agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and John E. Geary, Esq. arising out of your use or access to the Site, and/or arising out of the respective obligations of the parties under this Agreement, shall only be brought in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the State of Maine.
